Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.
In response, we have established the following goals:
· Student Experience Survey Goal: I feel like students are nice or show respect to each other at my school. Students will have the opportunity to share positive messages about their peers in the classroom as well as to be shared at the building level.
· Parent Experience Survey Goal: I receive positive phone calls, emails, or notes about my child from school. Each student will receive mail from his or her teacher highlighting positive recognition. SOAR tickets will also be given out, and teachers will share screenshots of positive behavior entries via email.
· Staff Experience Survey Goal: I feel that district culture supports open and honest communication. I will personally focus on ensuring that staff members are given information shared with me and will pass along district communication to them.
These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
With appreciation,
Melissa Hampton, Principal
