Summerwind STEM Academy, located in the heart of West Boise and within the West Ada School District, offers the mission that all students will grow and thrive both academically and socially. Our STEM-focused school emphasizes science, technology, engineering and math with a stand alone STEM class as we prepare students by nurturing their skills in these crucial fields. In addition, we focus on the engineering process across the curriculum.
At Summerwind STEM Academy, our students are empowered to be critical thinkers in order to foster the next generation of innovators. Students are encouraged to use their Learning POWERS (Perseverance, Ownership, Wonder, Engaged, Risk Taker & Solver of Problems) every day!
