Summerwind STEM Academy pick-up/drop off Map and Safety Expectations
· SLOW DOWN. All adults need to drive very slowly in any area on school grounds.
· The pick-up/drop off area is single lane and one way, including the exit onto Jullion. This is not a two-lane exit.
· Students may ONLY ENTER your vehicle from the sidewalk side. Students MAY NOT walk around and enter the car from the pickup lane.
· Keep with flow of pick-up line, do not cut, leave line, or create a second line.
· Vehicles are never allowed in the bus loop for any reason at any time in the day.
· If you pick-up from the Visitor Parking, students should never walk or be allowed to enter the parking lot without an adult, or cross between busses. Exit your car, wait for your student near the gate and then safely walk together to your vehicle.
· Students walk bikes, skateboards, and scooters until they have exited the school property. All West Ada Schools have a “no wheels” on campus rule.
