Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.
In response, we have established the following goals:
Student Experience Survey Goal:
We are committed to supporting positive peer interactions by strengthening our use of Toolbox strategies to help students build resilience, problem-solving skills, and emotional awareness. We will also continue recognizing students who demonstrate kindness, cooperation, and leadership through our special Powerbucks program at recess, celebrating the positive choices that help our school community thrive.
Parent Experience Survey Goal:
We are excited to continue our January Positive Notes Home campaign and to expand our use of email and Class Dojo to share encouraging updates about student growth and achievements. Our goal is for every family to receive at least two personalized positive messages about their child during the school year, celebrating their progress, effort, and success.
Staff Experience Survey Goal:
We are strengthening our partnership with district leadership by inviting district representatives to visit our school regularly during staff and grade-level team meetings. These visits help ensure our staff has a clear understanding of the resources and supports available at the district level and how they are designed to best serve our students and school community.
These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
