Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.
In response, we have established the following goals:
· Student Experience Survey Goal: Ustick Elementary aims to enhance student’s ability to show kindness and respect to one another through guidance from staff and administration.
· Parent Experience Survey Goal: Ustick Elementary staff and administration will collaborate as grade-level teams to adopt designated areas for weekly clean-up, while administration coordinates with custodial and maintenance teams to ensure work orders and monthly walkthroughs with the district office facilities team are documented for cleanliness and improvement.
· Staff Experience Survey Goal: Ustick Elementary administration will enhance the way district-level communication is shared to ensure staff feels supported by open and honest communication from the district office.
These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
