Experience Survey Goals

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback. 

In response, we have established the following goals:  

  • Student Experience Survey Goal: To increase clarity in learning, we will ensure transparent grading expectations and clear assignment criteria.

  • Parent Experience Survey Goal: To increase parent participation for future surveys so we can create meaningful goals. We will do this by sending out the survey and reminders via our advisory teachers.

  • Staff Experience Survey Goal: Administrators will conduct quarterly check-ins with each school department to identify needs and, when appropriate, coordinate support from district department leads.

These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
