Experience Survey Goals

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.

In response, we have established the following goals:

· Student Experience Survey Goal:

* Increase respect in our school by explicitly teaching our behavior expectation of Respect on weekly basis using the weekly announcements beginning March 2026.

· Parent Experience Survey Goal:

* Increase the frequency of positive communication with parents by ensuring that staff members send at least one email to a parent every month highlighting a positive event, achievement, or interaction involving their student.

· Staff Experience Survey Goal:

* Increase the perceived effectiveness of district-level resource allocation by providing teachers with a clearly organized reference document that identifies who to contact for specific support needs, and ensuring this document is posted by all classroom phones beginning August 2026

These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
