Online Registration Portal

The New Student Online Registration Portal is available below for new students to the district for all grade levels. You must use the portal to register your child to be enrolled for the first time in a school in the West Ada School District. Individual schools may have additional registration forms specific to their school.

To find out which school is your home/neighborhood school, please consult our Attendance Maps, or the Bus Stop Information links under "Find your School"

If you currently do not live within the WASD boundaries, please submit the "Out District Application" form.

Some schools are Schools of Choice. Students are placed in these schools via application and lottery. Only select a school that ends in SOC from the schools drop down menu if you have been notified by one of these school that your student has been chosen in the lottery and the school has provided you with a code. You can find more information on this process at: http://www.westada.org/schoolsofchoice.

Kindergarten

  • Please complete the online pre-registration form above

  • Go to your local school and bring the following: Original/official birth certificate (Student must be 5-years-old on or before September 1, of the school year in which the child is to enroll.)

  • Provide proof of immunization status.  Proof of Immunization Status Information

  • Proof of address (such as power bill)

  • Once forms are completed online and your immunizations, birth certificate, and proof of address have been received by the school, then you will be contacted by the school to set up an appointment.

  • Please bring your child with you to the appointment.

1st Grade - 12th Grade
