Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Your feedback is critical to how we grow and improve as a school community. Over the past several months, we have intentionally engaged students, families, and staff in reviewing the results—celebrating our strengths and identifying clear, experience-driven goals directly aligned to what you shared.
These experience goals accompany our academic goals. While our academic goals focus on student achievement, our experience goals focus on strengthening the systems, culture, communication, and environments that shape how students, families, and staff engage with our schools and the district office each day. Together, this work ensures we are not only improving outcomes, but also improving how it feels to learn and work in our schools.
In response to your feedback, Dr. Bub has established the following goals:
Parent Experience Survey Goal
Implement a districtwide, positive communication system to ensure families regularly receive proactive, strengths-based communication from school staff regarding student performance and growth.
Staff Experience Survey Goal
Close the loop on Employee Experience Committee feedback by ensuring that 100% of formal recommendations from the Employee Experience Committee receive:
Written, executive-level review
Decision (approve / modify / decline)
Clear rationale communicated back to staff within 30 days
“You Said / We Did” summaries are distributed to all staff
You can view all other departments' goals 🔗here. Each school has also developed experience goals. You can find those listed on their individual websites.
Experience goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
