Purpose
Provides disciplinary supervision to elementary school students; performs related work as required.

The primary function of an employee in this class is to assist teachers and administrators by providing disciplinary supervision and supervising a disciplinary program for designated elementary school students. The position may also provide tutoring and supplemental instruction for students. The position is supervised by the building Principal or a Vice-Principal. The primary duties of the position are performed in a classroom and playground environment, including exposure to inclement weather conditions and the physical hazards of disruptive and aggressive students.

Painting penguins! Thanks to Boise Artist Dan Looney for leading Chief Jo's 'Paint with a Partner' event last Friday! Mr. Looney is a highly accomplished artist whose work is showcased at Art in the Park, in local galleries, and in Governor Little's residence! How lucky we were to have him join us!


The kindergarten parent event was a big hit! We are appreciative of all these parents who are so willing and able to come learn with their kids.

Thanks to members of the Meridian HS band our students “marched” into ISATs today filled with music, cheer, and well-wishes! Over the next month our 3rd-5th grade students will show what they know on these state tests.

Have a safe and fun spring break everyone! School resumes Monday, March 25th.
