Survey

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Experience Survey in November. Over the past several months, we have met with students, families, and staff to carefully review the results, celebrate our strengths, and identify meaningful experience driven goals directly aligned to your feedback.

In response, we have established the following goals:

  • Student Experience Survey Goal: We will meet with Pioneer bus riders once each quarter to review expectations, reinforce safe and respectful behavior, and address any concerns shared by students or drivers.

  • Parent Experience Survey Goal: We will strengthen consistency of use of Pioneer Progress Indicators (+, ✓, −) and Practice indicators on student work that is sent home, so families can clearly (and efficiently) understand how students are progressing.

  • Staff Experience Survey Goal: In partnership with district leadership, we will communicate openly about and collaborate regarding budget priorities and allocation decisions at the district and school level.

These goals will intentionally guide our focus on engagement now through the beginning of 2027. We are committed to measurable progress and will provide updates along the way so you can see the impact of this work. We look forward to reflecting on our growth in the 2026 survey cycle.
