Donuts with Grown Ups was a HUGE success! Our Amazing PTO always supports our school and community in the biggest way! They served over 650 donuts this morning. PTO is also always looking for more support in all our event or in any way you can. Check out their Facebook page at Star Elementary PTO or email them at starelementarypto@gmail.com

Star Second Graders went to Lake Lowell on Wednesday to learn about the history of the first people to the area. Students also learned about the aquatic creatures that live there and studied water quality. Activities included practicing archery, observing water samples, and throwing the atl-atl to mimic hunting bison. They all enjoyed a fun picnic in the park before returning to school.
