If you know of students who will be 5 years old by September 1st, 2025 or other students who would like to attend Spalding STEM Academy, please be sure to fill out the lottery application on the www.westada.org website to be considered.
At the end of the day on October 31, Spalding students and staff were able to participate in a costume parade. It was a lot of fun! Students were asked to wait to dress up until the end of the day; to allow us to keep the learning going without too many distractions...but staff were dressed up all day to keep the fun in learning. #SOARSpalding Eagles #SpaldingSTEM #ForOurKids #WeAreSpalding

September students were honored for exhibiting characteristics of safety. Safety- I am safe in my words and actions. I follow the rules in school and on the playground. I work/play cooperatively with my peers. I am safe in my learning and see mistakes as the first attempt at learning. Ahoy! 🏴‍☠️ Last week, October 14th-18th, was National School Lunch Week, and treasure awaited in our school meals! Packed with whole grains, fruits, veggies, and more, there were some fun and unique menu items. Text: Idaho Ed News has shared the lists of the top ISAT performers in Idaho- based on last year’s ISAT scores: Spalding STEM is one of the top ten non-traditional schools in Idaho. (We are a STEM school so we are classified as non-traditional) 72.9% of our students were proficient or higher in ELA 72.4% of our students were proficient or higher in Math That's reason to celebrate.
