By default, access to West Ada accounts is restricted beyond North America and U.S. Territories due to security and compliance reasons.

Should any staff member or student intend to travel outside of these regions, it's imperative to reach out to the Service Desk or submit an IT support ticket in advance. Kindly provide a comprehensive list of the countries you plan to visit along with the corresponding travel dates. Requests for exceptions will be evaluated on an individual basis.
